I have been with this company for two years. I have never ever missed a debit order. I have, on two occasions in 25 months, notified them that I was travelling and would be a few days late. Now, for no reason, they list me on ITC as “handed over” and I have lost my job in financial services because of this. In addition to this, they keep doing credit checks on my profile which affects my credit score even though I’m already a client. They will not come back to me/
