Planet 42 and integral motors in Roodeport

I entered into the contract of rent to buy car with planet 42 on the 20.10 .2023, dealership was intergral motors in Roodeport, i payed R10 000 deposit , the installment is R8642. for ford figo 2012 .then on the 7.02.2024 took the car for service , they picked up that the car doesn't need just service but there are parts that needs to be replaced, then i investigate about the report of service before it was handed over to me and discovered that those parts were detected even before the car was given to.me but the dealership ignored it. Now is been a month , i don't have the car is still at the workshop as insurance rejected to pay. I sent email to planet 42 to cancel the contract,as they are failing to fix the car, hence they deducted money for rental installment . Im told that i will have to.pay three more month even when i don't have the car , i plea with you to intervene, i cant put my life and other road users at risk by the car which is not in good condition. I no longer want the car and they must stop their debit in my account .
