Planet 42 and alpine AUTOHAUS

A month ago I app**** for a vehicle. This was after I got my letter of approval. I went to the dealership, chose a car, accepted the mandate on my bank account but no car. Every time I phone I get put on hold and then I get hunged up. This is so frustrating, imagine finding the car you like and then been phoning to dealership and planet 42. It's almost time for my first installment. So disappointed
