Planet42 is debiting my account on the 26th of each month. I only get paid on the last day of the month. In August I phoned to ask if I could amend the debit order date and I was told to phone back about mid September which I did. I phoned today and I was told that they won't be able to amend the dates because I signed for that dates, which I did not put that dates down because I know my salary is only in on the 1st of each month

Please be advised we cannot amend debit dates.

Please be advised that we set the debit order 2 days prior to your pay date to cater for weekends.

Please note we will only track your account and should there be funds available we will debit, should there not be funds we will not debit.
