I recently terminated a rental agreement with this organization. A settlement letter, issued in December, confirmed that all outstanding matters had been resolved. Subsequently, an unauthorized debit was made to my account, and I am currently experiencing difficulties in securing a reimbur*****t of these funds. I would strongly caution against engaging in business with this company.
