Planet 42

I bought a car from planet 42 n it was taken to the repairer but they dont bother giving me a feedback. I called the rrpairer he said planet 42 only requested a video a month ago they have not returned to him but they want to deduct their money but i dont have a car. They call centre its a night mare . Call centre agent always defending their co fleetbuddy they so useless. Service is poor . This lady my agent leigh shr said she is going to call me its been two weeks. They dont want me to cancel the contract
