well it's been 5 months and nothing has been resolved initial issue of 15 issues reported overfueling has caused turbo to blow .but yes i do have a warenty o wait no that went insolvent and vechile is stuck at mechanic who refuses to work on it.whuch issue is feom day which not sorted.and lets add more 6 weaks back i allmost got arrested as vechile isn't licenced correct plates do not belong to vechile nice o yes hasn't been sorted either

Planet 42 is not an FSP but a car hire subscription who offers customer an alternative route to the conventional vehicle finance. We allow customers to choose the vehicle of their choice from the dealership of their choice and we just purchase the vehicle on their behalf. We do expect that you as the customer will fully inspect the vehicle prior to accepting delivery of the vehicle and signing the contract.
With regards to your warranty, feedback was provided to you on where the delay is from.
The dealership should assist you in addressing your concerns regarding the number plates and mismatching vehicle details.
Should you still feel aggrieved in any sort of way, please do reach out to us on our communication channels for us to address your concerns.

firstly vechile was inspectedand returned with 15 issues which none have been resolved.thats my issue its my initial inspection which was returned to dealership
dealership just ignored me
i had n9 choice to choose a vechile or a dealership
i app**** them got told i had to use them.the sales. man **** to me about contract
he also forged one my docents by signing my name i.have proof of this.the dealership dontcare .
i ha e proof of all a love
i been begging planat42 to please let me take finance to another dealership.vechile isn't licenced correct.
and this is everything been fightu g about since day 1 it's 5 months and nothing been done
now the.turb9.gone due to one of faults reported on in initial inspection . which wasnt fixed. the 9me person who works there even cut my safety belt off to tow vechile and hasn't been fixed.
i totaly understand if i brought theses issues up a month later.but I didi t i reported the same day i got vechile and returned it and nothi g been done
now im beggingu pl ease help i ant go on like this ive lost so much work. and it's all from issues from initial inspection

we need to sit down and work this out the dealershipat fault and makeing u look bad and me
