On the 15th of June 2023 I went collect the and I was assisted by Tebogo Tshabalala and he a voucher for R250 to use at Total in Menlyn when I got there I was told that account is closed I need to pay from my pocket which I did. I immediately phone a Tebogo and he said I must the copy of the receipt to get the refund and till this day I'm still waiting. Then he told me that before the 5th of July I will receive my new permit until today I haven't received my permit and it has expired and he's giving me run around about the permit, I use the car with expired permit today I called him several times he's ignoring my phone calls. Now the big one I can't open the car either with key or immobilizer and last Saturday I phoned the road assistance number to start with lady was very rude and I explained the situation and she will phone back I waited for two hours, then she called back and explained that she manage to find the Locksmith but the problem you guys only pays R1500 and the locksmith charges R2800 so I need to pay R1300 from my pocket when I asked she didn't a straight answer. When I got the car I was happy but now all that happiness is gone because of the poor customer service. I feel like I can cancel the contract because I'm paying for car that I'm not using.
