Payment break, communication

I asked them for better communication. Yes they did reply with contact information but still not my reply to my request regarding my payment issue this month . I wanted to know if you can please assist me this month to pay half my installment and next month pay it up .My car have a oil leak and everywhere I go they cannot assist me as my warranty don't cover enough .I pay the warranty also every month but it means nothing to me .Now I have to pay it out of my pocket,as I did with my rear window .

If I am at work I cannot answer personal calls ,so please if I don't answer leave a email .or message . Please reply to my request,as it looks like is the only way I can get in touch with you through this platform which I think is not the right way to be . But otherwise I will recommend Planet42 to anyone ,they just need to communicate with their customers vis email or reply . We get sometimes in financial situations and I want to to do the right thing . Hope this is clear enough.
