Pathetic service and feedback

I have the rent to buy vehicle from Planet42 since 2021, and have been paying my monthly installment every month, since last year October/November I have had numerous calls, sms and emails to state that my account is in arrears. When enquiring then there accounts division replies to say the account up to date. Then next day we are back to square one again. This has been continuing for the last 4-5 months. I have asked that can it be sorted but just no one cares, but when it's time to phone or msg to be sent they do not hesitate. But giving a client feedback that is not part of there service. It has been the last few months very frustrating to keep on sending POP and explaining every time the same damn thing. Won't recommend them to anyone as they don't deserve the business as they don't care about their clients.
