Pathetic service
The service is pathetic, take 7 days to reply to emails. They rent vehicles but Don't take client through all details. My car apparently went for road worthy but when getting license disc I discovered they only registered the car. Now it's on me to road worthy vehicle and get new license disc. They also don't keep their end of bargain, by collecting car or taking car back. Their service is beyond pathetic. Don't ever make use of their service . It's all about the money and not about client satisfaction.

I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. I know how frustrating this must be.
Please be advised that all our cars come with a valid road worthy certificate.
The licensing for the first year is done by the motor dealer if car is licensed in the same province where the dealer is located.
However, if you bought the car in a different province from where you want it licensed then the motor dealer cannot do the licensing for you. In this case please complete the licensing yourself and apply for a refund from the motor dealer who sold the car.
Please note that the car needs to have a valid roadworthy certificate to complete the licensing process. The motor dealer has done a roadworthy at the time of you signing the rental contract, this certificate is valid for 60 days. If your roadworthy has expired, you will have to do a new roadworthy certificate at your own cost.
