Exactly 7 days later, 24 July, I receive an email from the *** stating that my refund will be paid back between 48 - 72 hours. On 28th July, I receive a call informing me that they have a backlog, and the funds will reflect on the 01st of August. I informed them that my account is overdrawn because of their negligence and that I want a full refund on the bank charges also... I wonder how long i am going to wait now?
