Pathetic
After almost 2 years of good service we cancelled our subscription strictly according to the terms and conditions, we paid our final payment by bank debit order collection, now we receive threatening messages from Planet42 regarding our outstanding account, I have send them numerous emails to each email address I have for Planet 42 without any response from them. Furthermore they haven't done the necessary updates with the credit bureaus which has a negative impact on my wives credit score, thus I am now left with no alternative but to proceed with legal action. Please think twice before dealing with Planet 42
