Pathetic!

We have had nothing but endless trouble since we bought our car. Our car broke down 24 dec 2021 and it is still sitting at a mechanic waiting to be fixed because there is a maintenance contract and planet 42 and rmi insurance are sp pathetic they are doing nothing except taking our R7000 debit every month. There isnt even a contact nr to speak to someone except whatsapp. And they dont even respond. So heres a message to you planet 42. We have canceled the debit. The car is standing in pieces at the mechanic you can go and fetch it and pay the R40 000 bill . Or someone can CALL us. An if you do not respond appropriately you will be hearing from our lawyers where we will be claiming all moneys back according to the consumer protection act which is now closeto R50 000. So that will be R90 000 out your pocket. The choice is yours!
