Over charging in all ways and forms.

I bought a car from Planet 42 Sept 2022. I pay over R2600 pm on insurance. I man dove into my car from the rear. Police report states this 2 weeks ago. Now Planet 42 want me to pay excess of 50% of the claim. They have not contact the other driver or his insurance till today. And they force me to use there insurance. Its sky high. I allready pay R333.000 on a R70.000 car from them at a monthly payment of R5900 pm. Something must be done about this.
