**** OF A COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If i could give a negative star i would, i mean i got a car from planet42 menlyn end of october 2023 and within 5 days the exhaust of the car fell off,the aircon started blowing hot air,took them a while to fix but eventually they did hence i wanted to change the car but the manager assured me this wont happen again and i had a good car cos they tested it,then 1 week later the engine light started to came on some days and some days it was off, and in 6 weeks of driving this car the gear-box broke and i had a breakdown,dealing with thier claims is a headache becouse the dealership does not assist and your on your own, their insurance is very slow, takes long hours for them to reply and the only contact method is via email and no contact numbers!!

I got the car back on the 6th of janurary and it broke down due to overheating on the 28th a february hence i called thier towing service they came and took the car and left me alone stranded i had to call a uber home and naw thier useless fleetbuddy insurance is damanding soo supportng information to fix the car including photos of the damage yet the car is overheating and it needs to be stripped and they not giving the workshop a go ahead!!!!!!

Mechanics at the workshop it was towed to told me the car was previously involved in an accident. at this point i want to breach thier contract cos i cant pay 8k for a car that i dont get to drive it for a full 2 months without it breaking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
