planet 42 i must say you are such a huge dissappointment. I am selling my vehicle and need documentation from you guys to settle my balance. Ive emailed and whatsapped and phoned and NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON GETS BACK TO ME. I try phoning the number you have listed. Then they transfer me and eventually after a loooong wait they cut my call. But yet you want your payment every month????????????????/ So much for customer service. I will be reporting you to the Ombudsman, Consumer Commission as well as post on every social media outlet i can find.
