Not ethical company

I was with planet42 for 2 years without missing a payment. When I returned the car in February they showed false reported I missed a payment in January. But the payment was made. When I asked them they said because it reflected on their side on the 3rd of February. They are even showing I'm still renting their car while I returned the car in February. They are not ethical company.
