Not Cancelling Debit Order

On the 19th of May 2025 I Requested my Contract to be Cancelled. I returned the vehicle on 22nd of May 2025 requesting my Debit order to be Cancelled. On the 23rd of May Cancellation was cancelled and provided with Settlement Amount which I requested a Payment Plan and to please cancel my Debit Order. On the 24th of May my Debit Order was Deducted and another amount was taken on the 25th of May. On the 30th of May I phoned and asked my debit order to be cancelled and arranged a payment plan for the outstanding amount that was left after the payment was taken. Today I phoned again and the payment was not taken off my settlement account and the debit order has also not yet been cancelled and no playment plan was noted. I was holding on for 20 Min while I was placed on Hold by them. I will not recommend them to any body
