Non existant Insurance and Mechanical warranty - A pathetic company to partner with

I have had the worst service with this company and its insufficiency to honour the contractual agreement for a mechanical warranty that I have with them.

They are deducting a monthly amount from my bank account which covers me for both insurance and any mechanical warranty on the vehicle, it is hardly a two months with them and the car has broken down. My vehicle has been with the repairers for a week now and InsurerAfrica and Planet42 are playing a blame game between themselves about my warranty not being activated yet R8200 is deducted monthly from my bank account to ensure that everything is covered. I am now stuck spending more money commuting to work daily for about R300 a day but the promises that were made by the dealership & Planet 42 are not being honored. It is sad that as a black female trying to have yourself covered and this happens. I am sitting with an invoice for R9700 which no one wants to account for. They will speak nicely during the selling of the vehicle but they are not worth the suffering that they come with.

Planet42 needs to better vet they cars, they need to give customers the promised end of the deal and they need to realize that as a black female cheating them of their money to not deliver is not how any business should be run.
