No customer service, lying employees, don't keep promises
I have had it with this no service orientated, unfriendly and lying company, they make promise on the phone and don't keep it.
I have cancelled my contract on the 14 December 2024 and still has no idea what the outcome is they have received their car back and I'm still in the dark.
They promised that in their error that they would take the debit order that they have missed and write it off but I'm still getting emails saying I need to pay.
I had no joy since day1 from this company and they don't reply on any of my 15 emails I have spoken to 10 different people and all of them promise they will fix the issue and get back to me but to no avail. They just care to get off the call and never get back to their customers.
Planet42 is the worse company I have ever had business with that's why I cancelled my contract but that is a problem as well just to cancel a contract as well. They don't keep promises and don't care how they treat their clients.
i will never recommend Planet42 to anyone ever.

This played out just like I knew it would everything is the client fault. Planet 42 now saying I had insufficient fund in my account when thw debit order was supposed to have gone off bu the mouth before April 2024 they had the same issue with my account and called me the same day to inform me about the error on there side not mine. The next month May 2024 it must have happened again but no call from them to me about the error from there side that the debit order did not go off as I said in December 2024 they contact me to say I'm in arrears since May 2024 bit every container May 2024 the debit order has been going of on the same date.
This company is trying to make money from people and don't take responsibility for there mistake. After calling in December I was promised that the May debit order will be canceled and I will not be billed for it as it was there fault and not the client this was a huge loe from Planet 42.
I will never recommend anyone to do business with this company as the company lies and cheats clients and I'm still waiting on feedback from the person I spoke to after my first post she also promised me feedback by 10am the following morning I'm still waiting.
