No communication what so ever

This company got a very very poor communication. I am rent as we speak but i don't even know anything about insurance company that car is under and how much is an excess, no phone numbers who to contact during accident. When you send the email or WhatsApp there is no respond what so ever, but when is time for you to pay you get the message which I don t understand. Till today I'm still I am still lost, very bad company i will not recommend to any one but as I have sign the contract I have to stick with but i will not recommend to any one.
