NO COMMUNICATION BY PLANET42

I requested to hand in the rent car so many times as the Dealer gave me a dilapidated car, this was communicated to Planet42 but every time im being diverted.

I need to hand in the car, I send mail and WhatsApp's but with not feedback or success.

This is a reference that I requested several times that I want to return the vehicle. I made payment last month and it wasn't updated on my credit record.

Please find pics attached, proof of address, physical address is on the proof of address.
