No cars in affordable price range ?

On the initial pre approval it shows you can get a car for from R4500. I sent my documents and did get approved happy about that, however I can get a vehicle for R139 000 and monthly rental is R9500! It states that you can go for lower option and pay less, which makes sense....HOWEVER, the dealers partnered in my province, strangely enough, do not have ONE car below R129 000 ! Do I smell a rat here ? Are vulnerable people being taken for a wild ride? I would love some feedback on this. Tanya
