NO AFTER SALES SERVICE
We have been renting a vehicle from you for 5 months now and it is already giving engine problems, he was instructed to take it to The Auto Garage in Krugersdorp.
This is now WEEK 3. The vehicle is still at the garage and the garage is STILL waiting for approval to strip and diagnose???
My husband has not been offered a loan vehicle. We pay an absurd amount of money per month for this car and my husband has not been able to get to work for the 3rd week now.
There is absolutely NO after sale service and no communication.

The Auto garage confirmed that the problem with the vehicle was there before the vehicle was given to my husband and he signed a contract. Surely its not standard practice to give your customers vehicles that are not 100% would it not make sense to give him another vehicle that has checked properly?
