I would greatly appreciate receiving the promised solution to the matter mentioned above. below is the email sent on the 7th June - requesting a way forward and termination of my agreement, I have forwarded this email you again - after one of your consultant called - puzzled that I had already made such a request.

The car problems are persisting. I now not only have oil leaks and tyre pressure signs popping up but also overheatingPlease let me know the process to terminate this deal and I am prepared to take up another car to honour my subscription with Planet 42 for the 6 months term - I am not able to proceed with this car.
