Never ever trust planet42.com
I politely asked you to terminate the contract with the car dealer on numerous occasions within weeks after I took your s**** that got stuck more than 5 times and I had to replace parts amounting to over R30 000 from my pocket ,you blatantly refused to listen to my plea until the car finally gave up and got stuck for more than a month because I couldn't find a replacement part .
Several weeks later you asked about the location where the car was parked of which it was at the mechanic and I gave you the address and contact details so you can go there and see it yourself ,you did went there and collected the car without any form of documentation stating that you terminated my contract with you nor stating that im handing over the car to you for whatever reason.legally we should have terminated the contracted citing our differences but such never happened of which ,legally you and I are still in business until such documentation are signed,therefore,you stole the same car you claiming I owe you for and you sold it to the highest bidder ...
How do you expect me to pay you for a property you stole from me whist placing my name on credit bureau and playing victim whereas you are a conniving **** charging unsuspecting clients way to higher than what the credit regulator has set?...

Planet 42 is not an FSP but a car hire subscription who offers customer an alternative route to the conventional vehicle finance. We allow customers to choose the vehicle of their choice from the dealership of their choice and we just purchase the vehicle on their behalf. We do expect that you as the customer will fully inspect the vehicle prior to accepting delivery of the vehicle and signing the contract which is binding you as the customer to fulfil your payment obligations towards us as the owner of the rented vehicle .
