Need to update my credit profile on all credit bureau pls

Good day I had a rent to own vehicle with planet42 did cancel the contract and was given a settlement amount to pay that was more then 60 days ago and still they did not update my credit profile only contact I have is via watsap now they say credit bureau take 90 days to update other company's that you pay take like 3 days don't understand how they work reason for cancelling that contract was I did pay every month and then one month they made a listing of negative payment on my credit profile saying I did not pay now I did settled the account and now they take there time to update I don't tink this is on the way they do business
