My refund not paid

Planet 42 has been really very disappointing, i am renting their car which i received without a disc, i received the disc one week after the permit expired, surprisingly i received the disc without number plates and had to use my own money. I have been trying to get my refund since the 25th of April 2024 without success, there is a lady Nomagugu Mtshoniswa who promised i would get my refund in seven days, i called her on Tuesday last week and promised to call back but never did. I called again on Thursday and the person i spoke still promised Nomagugu would call me which never happened. This how these could be so unhelpful once you become their client.
