My Credit Score affected by your incompetence!!!!
I've given back my vehicle and pain in full. Received a paid up letter in February 2022 and still I am in arrears on my credit report. You did not update and now you do not assist me also. I send email and whats-app. Nothing. I have to buy a house or I will lose my residence and your fault reflects bad on my score. ASSIST ME *** IMMEDIATELY.
