HOW POOR IS YOUR PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You are a bunch of ******* who delay on finalising cancellation requests as the longer you delay the more you have us paying debit orders. We cancelled our contract on 10.01.2025 you felt the need to offer some ****py reduction offer on 17.02.2025 - 5 weeks after the cancellation. The offer was rejected on email which YOU HAVE FAILED TO RESPOND TO yet again. Now where February as meant to be our notice month you are *****ing more and more from us.
