Planet 42 is a ripe off and a ****! Rented us a car they knew has many faults. Refuses to take the car back. When you call no one is willing to help. Out of the 6 months contract the car has been in their workshop for 3 months came out and now the car is currently back in the workshop. Emails are not being responded to. We were forced to pay access. It’s ridiculous how we paying for a car that’s barely been in our possession. They do not bother with corresponding communication or returning calls. I highly would not recommend this to anyone especially for the about of money being paid. It’s literally just as good as buying a new fresh out the box. They really know how to trap people and make money out of them.
