Mechanical problems

Well they did rep**** to my email and ask about all expenses. I am still waiting on the car to be fix properly this time .Look I got mechanics to check on work on the car which I know now had no experience of these cars.They just took my money and said they spend time taking stuff off or replace one thing but then it wasnt the problem.Some didn’t even gave me proper receipts as they not registered. But now I don’t have any money left to pay my installment . I have to see where I can borrow money to pay my installment as Planet42 not saying if they will assist me they need proof and being sending proof that the car is not running and monies I paid towards the repairs . All I want is a direct answer from them .Again i struggle for months now and I can’t loose the car after paid so much already towards installments and all these repairs Planet42 please just sent me a email that I can start paying the 22th of December again or what is the way forward . Please
