Mechanical faults
Good Day, I am greatfull for Planet42 to assisted me. However i have now a problem with the car. First i had a electrical window issue ,so i sort it out. Then i had to buy a battery . Then i had oil leak,then it was fix but there is another one. I struggle with the warranty people,as there is always a wall . Now the car vibrate ,and the clutch make a noise . So i am running around to see if the warranty can assist me. Which i dont know. I dont have the car for a year,and still have to pay another four years. I do pay a warranty which dont seems to be of help. This clutch isssue will cost about R15000 all together. I dont have this kind of money . And as ussual i sent Planet42 a mail,but no reply. Who is going to help me with this ,as i had to fix all the other faults myself .But i pay a warranty every month.Is that fair?And i must still pay a installment . What can i do ?Or how can planet42 help me to resolve this issues.

Its seems it is only way to communicate with Planet42.They mail me yesterday,and today they just ignore me.
For them is it maybe okay,but the car is my method of transport to me work.And i depend on it.
I dont have a R30000 for this repair.It is something who was there ,and i am just the unlucky one who bought the car.
The only way i will be able to fix this ,is by not paying my next installment.And i will arrange to fix it .
So if Planet42 cant fix this car,or have it fix i can only see one solution.As i read through the reviews i am getting worried.Cars get stuck in workshops due to non payment and communication.
So if Planet42 can try to work with the customers i am sure things can be sorted.
I think i am a very patient customer.I can opt out if i want to .
Planet42 if i dont answer your calls,i am at work.
You can call me after 18pm.Or leave a mail regarding my suggestion to resolve .
And please try to read your emails and reply.
