License disk, faulty car

I don't know where to start because I have countless problems with Planet42. There was an issue with permit, then the car could not open and the terminal was loose. The car was picked up by the by the towing truck and I was told that everything should be fine but it's still giving the same problem. Guys how do you operate the business because clearly you don't care about your customers. On Wednesday I phoned the customer care to check the license disk and number plates. To my surprise I was told that there's an issue with the disk apparently they can't the disk because the car was previously registered from different province and it will take 3 weeks to sort it out. I explained to the gentleman to transfer me to the retention depart and I waited from an hour without no help, because I have decided to cancel the contract because clearly this is not working for me because there's no solution to this problem. Please sort this issue out and part ways I will go somewhere else. I am writing this review because I'm stressed about this issue because an hour ago I had a breakdown about the same problem.
