Licence disk refund

Good day as per below email and our conversation with you regarding my licence disk none you of you came back to me after I have send you the papers for the disk as I now trying to communicate with you via your WhatsApp and via your call center and no help I'm getting from you. From the 7th of July 2023 I send you what you ask me to do as this was supposed to be done by you guys, you have fail me

As discussed, please go to the traffic department with your Johannesburg proof of address. Please change the address at the traffic department and obtain the disc. We will refund you for the costs of the disc and an additional R1500 for the inconvenience.
