Let down

This company has let me down BIG time. Having no decency to let me know that I no longer have a warranty, which is supposed to be part of the monthly payment. Being in an emergency situation NOT A SINGLE PERSON has gotten back to me or even bothered. Phoning at the end that the poor lady on the other end even has no words for me , clearly not knowing what's going on. Very rude I have to say. Being a loyal client and never missing a payment to be treated like this.
