Lack of communication

I wouldn’t advise anyone to go for the rent to own especially if you need the car urgently. I app**** and got approved, I went to the dealership on 13 July 2023. It’s the 28 July 2023 I still haven’t got the car. There’s no proper communication from Planet42 customer support, they tell me to inquire with the dealership and the dealership keeps telling me he’s waiting for the payment. If you are in a hurry to get behind the wheel you won’t win!!!
