Its been more than a month that I got my vehicle

Its been more than a month that I got my vehicle. Lot's of issues with the vehicle. I took it back for repairs. Got it back with a confirmation from the dealership manager that they will replace 2 x tyres and that I must just get a quote and send it to him. The front shocks were also finished, but not replace. I have send them a list of all that are wrong and need replacement. The brakes were also on the list. None of the above have been fixed or replaced. Its now 2 weeks that they ignore me. My 1st payment has been paid.
