I have been given the run around by warranty solutions and Planet 42 regarding repairs to a vehicle I purchased in 2022 August. ANOTHER WOMAN TAKEN FOR A RIDE BY THESE DEALERS AND INSURANCES!!!

We have noted your acceptance of the offer. We will process the writing off the upcoming rental. Should the rental still go through, please do inform us to assist you with a refund.
With regards to the upgrade, kindly note we do not have our own fleet of vehicles to facilitate trade ins, however you can approach your selling dealership or any of our partnered dealerships to see if they are willing to buy out your current rental agreement and put you into a different vehicle of your choice. Alternatively you can terminate the agreement , which will be subject to a termination penalty. Once paid you can re-apply however this is subject to terms and conditions, which in no way do we guarantee another approval.
With regards to the payment to the workshop, I was advised that the payment will be made on the next batch of payments on Wednesday.
