<div>I rented a car from planet 42 and the car is giving lots of problems but the company is not assisting me with regards to the motor vehicle plan and as a result I am organising lifts and my life is starting to deteriorate because the whole set up is starting to make me sick. Please help</div>

Please be advised that as per our telephonic discussion with you on the 7th of July 2022 we had advised you that the invoice you have provided to us are for serviceable items and the warranty had rejected that claim. Please note that as per the signed rental agreement you are liable for the maintenance, services and upkeep of the vehicle. We have also requested for the workshop to submit a claim on the second quotation provided to us and we are awaiting feedback.
