Incompentency
To my surprise i asked for call back for once they call back after a few hours.. Kindly i asked the guy to give me call back at 16:00 on Monday.. No problem sir was his fames last words and today its Thursday 12:35 and still no call back.. The lack of communication and lack of skills they have for good customer service is the worst i have ever seen.

You service center is **** the only thing you want is the money every month that you won't forget to call me 3 TIMES a day.. Then some brite spark at you centre send me a email and say i can take me car to any IRM Aproved dealer ***.. Im busy losing my **** here.
