Subject: Re: Planet42 Claim that SACRRA Takes 30-90 Days to Up Date Credit Bureaus
Hi Mfanelo Mbanjwa,
As SACRRA, we do not update credit records as we are not allowed to see the data.
It is the responsibility of a service provider to ensure that accurate information is sent to the bureaus using our prescribed format and tool, that pushes the data to the bureaus automatically.
Credit providers have 5 days to submit all account activities that happened during that previous month after the last day of the month. In turn, bureaus also load the data within 5 days.
So the claim is not true and we will engage Planet42 to try and resolve this.
Regards

I have attached copies of statements made by Planet42, that SACRRA takes 30-90 days to update credit records and hence why Planet42 former customers are still listed on the bureaus months after cancellation.
Is this claim true?
Are you in agreement with it?
