Ignores emails concerning a return

Rent to own where we were told we can end contract anytime. We have been struggling 3 weeks for them to fetch the car. Phone in we must email them... no reply....email email email ...they will contact us ....10 days pass no contact.... get upset send pictures proof of address etc....done. ..another 5 days pass....nothing... so easy to give you a car but struggle to return. So if you are seeking a temporary solution think twice
