IF YOU VALUE YOURSELF NEVER GET A CAR FROM PLANET42.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car there,if they value their money, peace and convenience...we got a car there in 2023 September,seven days later the car broke down..the steering wheel didn't work,we had to make endless phone calls and write endless emails before we got help,had to stay a month without a car,had to use Uber for transportation and it was quite costly, they never even offered a courtesy car or anything,month end a full installment was paid,...4 months later we are experiencing another problem with the car,a week later no answer from planet 42, they don't answer their phones,no response on the numerous emails we sent.... and as history is repeating itself,no car, have to use Uber to commute, they make promises they cannot keep...the amount of money we paying is very high to be getting this non existent service, they give you a faulty car,deduct money and leave you on your own with the faulty car
