I was misled by the dealer and Planet42 won't entertain that.

I am writing this with true disappointment. I put in a car rental application with Planet 42 and it was approved. I enquired with the dealers they referred me to and eventually went ahead with Oh My Cars in PTA. The I enquired what happens if I need to return the vehicle perhaps I can no longer afford it. I was informed by them (and another too) that I can always return the vehicle at no cost to me. I have a conversation saved with OH MY CARS (sent the screenshot to Planet 42) showing that the dealer confirmed if I return the rental vehicle within 6months there won't be any penalty fees against me. I fully understand and agree that I signed the contract however I enquired with the dealer you sent to discuss the contract with me and I was misled that if I can no longer afford the rental I can return it within months at no cost to me. I called in last week to return the vehicle due to affordability. There are changes at work that will lead to my salary being affected negatively, to my surprise I was informed I will be liable for a cancellation penalty. WOW...this is ridiculous and totally unfair. After I had confirmed with your dealer and was told this will not be the case. This is pathetic service, and I was treated very badly for a new client. I refuse to pay this amount. I dropped of your vehicle at Gobid Vanderbijlpark as instructed. That place is unpleasant, no documents confirming I dropped off the vehicle. No shelter, grass is not cut. I hope you reach out for your vehicle soon before it gets damaged while there. As for the settlement, I was misled and refuse to be liable for this.
