I was assured on Hello Peter yesterday that the payment would have been made to the dealership yesterday. I just got confirmation that it has not been yet. I am still without a vehicle and it has now been a week since I signed. And I'm still sitting without car.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We have followed up with our accounts team and they advised that the payment has been loaded and will be released later this afternoon. Once the payment has been made a proof of payment will be sent to the dealership..

Please note our turn around time for payouts is 10 working days from when all documents are received from the dealership.
