I want my refund

I'm really disappointed in Planet42 they deducted money from my account and keep my name on they system but I didn't have a car. I'm calling until Friday the 25th and they shall refund me but didn't until today. They reply on whatsapp but not now. This is very bad service and I will like others to now that and be careful.
