I want my money back, You are a **** just cancel my details from your system and pay me back my money 😠 😡

Am so highly disappointed with Planet 42 unprofessional service, please do not support this organization, they are a ****, I rented their car and have been a loyal client that paid every month without fail, when I returned back the car they asked me to pay for 2 more installments which I agreed to and paid it all even though I didn't have their car with me , After few months I decided to deposit some funds to my account and they took my money, for what reason coz am no longer using their services or having their car , tried to call and been promised that it will be reversed, till today it's been a month now, I want my money back, please guys don't support these people they are just a shame, desperate humans, ****ming people their hard earned money what a shame
