I posted my bad experience 3 months ago. My nightmare still has not ended. In fact they use the worst of the worst as service providers. So much so that after an accident in November my car still has not been repaired. The Auto Shop they used almost cost me and other road users a deadly accident as they tied my brake disk with one bolt but here's the bad part the bolt of the brake caliper wad hand tightened to the brake disk. If i had taken the highway as planned the brake disk would have come loose causing my brakes to fail. They sent my car to another garage a month ago but to date have not authorized repairs so i am paying loyally every month with no use of the vehicle. And no communication or responses from Planet 42 / CHS Insurance / Broker Buddy. This is what you will deal with if you sign up with them. I have posted the video of the loose brake disk.
